The problem

Why most AI ad makers disappoint.

Quick to start, then hours spent fixing what came out. Brands describe the same few reasons again and again.

  1. Your product comes out slightly wrong.

The model redraws it. Labels smudge, shapes drift, a lid changes colour. Close isn’t your product.

  2. The words are garbled.

Letters drawn by an image model warp and misspell, so the text gets redone by hand in another tool.

  3. It looks like AI, and like everyone else.

The same glossy finish and the same templates, so ads from different brands start to look alike.

  4. It forgets every correction.

Say no and you re-prompt from scratch. Next week, the same mistake.

  5. It acts without asking.

Credits that run out mid-batch, or changes to live ads that nobody approved.

How it works

From store link to finished ads.

Seven steps. The first two happen once and are where Mona gets to know you. The rest repeat with every batch, and every reason you give makes the next batch closer.

  1. Once

Step 1: Paste your store link. Correct the draft.

Mona reads your products, photos, reviews, colours, type and the way you write. It treats that as a first draft and shows you what it understood. Cross out what’s wrong; your correction wins.

  2. Once

Step 2: Get interviewed, by voice or text.

The questions a creative director would ask, in the app, no salespeople: what you never say, your claims sheet, who it’s for, how you’d show a product you’ve never sold. Answers become rules with their source; the rest is kept as context, never enforced.

  3. Every batch

Step 3: It restages your real product.

Every scene is built around your own product photo, then checked against it: shape, colour, label and mark. If anything drifts, it’s flagged.

  4. Every batch

Step 4: It sets the words in your type.

The line is live text in your own font, placed by code. The image model never draws a letter, so nothing comes out misspelled.

  5. Every batch

Step 5: One ad first, with its reasons.

Before a batch you see one ad, why it looks the way it does, and the price. Each ad carries three scores that are never blended: fidelity, fit and realism.

  6. Every batch

Step 6: Say yes or no. It asks why.

Any reason teaches it taste, even “just a vibe”; a performance claim needs a reason or data. Then it proposes a change to your rulebook, and you approve it. Small taste tweaks can be undone.

  7. Optional

Step 7: Connect Meta, if you like.

Mona watches CTR, CPM and cost per purchase and suggests what to change. It never acts on its own: nothing posts, pauses or spends without your click.

You see the price before anything is made: one ad first, then the batch if you want it. Images that fail are free.

Try it

Switch the rules on. Watch the ad become theirs.

Drowsy is a sample brand. Each switch is one rule Mona learned from them. Turn them on and the same ad goes from could-be-anyone to unmistakably Drowsy.

Teach it

Switch on a rule. Watch the ad change.

These rules apply to every ad Mona makes and every test ad Luce runs for Drowsy.

Rules on: 0 of 4. Could be anyone’s.

Mona FAQ

Questions about Mona.

What does Mona make?

Static ads and carousels, for Meta and anywhere else you advertise. No video yet, because AI video isn’t good enough yet.

What do I need to start?

Your store link and a clear photo of each product. Mona reads the rest from your store as a first draft for you to correct, then interviews you in the app, by voice or text. No calls, no salespeople.

How does it keep my product right?

It never redraws your product from scratch. Each scene is built around your own photo and checked against it for shape, colour, label and mark. An ad that drifts is flagged, and images that fail are free.

Will it post or spend money on its own?

No. If you connect Meta, Mona watches CTR, CPM and cost per purchase and suggests changes. Nothing goes live, pauses or spends until you click.

Will my ads look like other brands’ ads?

They shouldn’t. Each brand has its own private memory, built from its own kit, answers and decisions, and it’s never used for another brand. That’s why no two brands end up the same.

What does it cost?

Founding prices start from $19 a month, locked for as long as you stay; the plans differ by how many new ad images you get each month; versions of each (new lines, sizes, layouts) are unlimited. You see the price before every batch, and you can cancel any month.
